Kindred Path Vet

Oncology, acupuncture and integrative medicine for your pet— in the comfort of your home.

Our Mission

At Kindred Path Vet, our mission is to ensure that no pet faces a cancer diagnosis or the end of life without comfort, dignity, and appropriate medical support. We provide expert, evidence-based care that integrates Western medical oncology with Eastern therapies to address both the physical and emotional aspects of disease.

Through mobile and in-office services, we aim to reduce stress for both pets and their families while maintaining a high standard of medical oversight. Our approach is grounded in clinical expertise, compassionate communication, and respect for the human-animal bond.

Bringing Care to Your Pet’s Most Comfortable Space

Our services are provided in the comfort of your home, where your pet feels safest and most at ease. We believe that familiar surroundings reduce fear, stress, and anxiety—allowing us to focus on what matters most: supporting your pet’s health, comfort, and quality of life with individualized care.

In-Office and Virtual Options

For clients who prefer or require in-office visits, we also offer scheduled consultations and acupuncture appointments at our partnered office location. Additionally, virtual appointments are available for rechecks and ongoing support for patients who have already established a veterinary-client-patient relationship (VCPR).

Our services

Oncology

Diagnosis, staging, treatment planning, and monitoring for pets with cancer. Services include oral chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and integrative support focused on comfort and quality of life.

Herbal Medicine

Traditional Chinese herbal formulas are used to treat cancer, manage chronic conditions, and support long-term health. Herbs are selected based on TCVM principles and may be used alone or alongside other therapies for both treatment and prevention.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture involves the placement of fine needles at specific points on the body to stimulate healing and restore balance. Based on TCVM principles, acupuncture can be used alone or alongside other treatments for a wide range of conditions.

Nutrition

Whole food and therapeutic diet plans tailored to your pet’s condition, constitution, and treatment goals. Nutrition supports healing, digestion, immunity, and overall well-being—whether used alone or with other therapies.

    Dr. Crystal Garnett

    DVM, DACVIM (Oncology), CVA

“Dr. Garnett is the most wonderful vet I’ve had the pleasure of working with and her team is also so kind and compassionate. My dog, Scooby, had advanced lymphoma and Dr. Garnett and her team gave me six extra months of precious time including a couple of road trip adventures with my best friend. I always felt that he was so cared for and she was the only vet he was ever excited to see. If your pup is fighting the big fight, they couldn’t be in better hands than with Dr. Garnett and her team. I’m so appreciative for them. Thank you!”
